Wow very impressive. I'm wondering who I might contact to work with at Bon Appetite in my area. Bon Appetite at The University of Pennsylvania promotes their local/green initiative widely in Philly. The Bon Appetite web site lists all of the managers, their emails and a phone number yet no one has returned a call or message.
Any suggestions?
